We All Scream for Gelare!
Is there anybody in this world who doesn’t
like ice cream? For me, I have yet to meet one and if that is the case, I know
Gelare will sway him/her no matter what.
Gelare, Australia’s popular café is now
here in Manila. It is famous for their servings of their signature ice cream,
freshly baked waffles and yes, an all-day breakfast with waffles and ice
creams. Sounds decadent isn’t it?
For a company who’s been tantalizing the
people’s penchant for ice cream, its 30 years of existence has indeed satisfied
people’s love of gourmet ice cream. Gelare now has over 50 branches across
Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and now in the Philippines.
Gelare is unlike your ordinary café as
Gelare’s menu includes all-day breakfast waffles, classic smoothies, mixed
smoothies, non-dairy smoothies, shakes, coffee, gourmet drinks, and of course
the most famous of all in the menu – the ice cream!
What makes Gelare different from your
usual brand of ice cream? It comes with real flavour and no artificial
ingredients and this ice cream is airless! What more, It’s thicker and creamier!
At present, Gelare has 24 flavors in its
arsenal freezers like Strawberry, Honey Malt, Matcha Green Tea,
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Banana Caramel, Lychee Lane Sorbet, among others.
They serve Halal certified ice cream too. You can add-on caramel sauce,
chocolate sauce, Nutella, strawberry sauce, marshmallows, nuts, oreos, whipped
cream. Or fruits like banana, blueberries, cherry, peaches, and strawberry.
With this many reasons, Gelare is now my
happy place at Uptown Mall and I have so many to recommend to you and is
considered the best seller like their Buttermilk Fried Chicken (SUPER MUST TRY!!!),
Banana Split, Caramel Colony Smoothie, Raspberry Mudslide, Affogato and all
menu with WAFFLES and ICE CREAM.
Gelare is an Italian word for “freezing,”
and is the final step in the ice cream making process.
Gelare is also open for franchising. The
first flagship store is located 3/F Uptown Mall, 36th St cor 9th
Ave, Taguig. Visit their Facebook page at Gelare Philippines.
